This picture is of a man in NY who is an author and speaker and politician. His name is something like Peter Schiff. The man using the name calls himself many names. He claims to work on an oil rig all the coast of UK. Needed money for broken drill bit. Then needed money for son's end of year school trip. I sent none and was called many nasty names. He did contact me months later and sent me a picture of the real man who lives in Scotland. He apologized.
